Civic Champs is a valuable tool for both nonprofits and volunteers looking to efficiently and accurately track volunteer and mentoring hours. With our mobile app, volunteers and mentors have multiple options for easily logging their hours.

Our app utilizes location services and notifications to automatically alert users when they arrive at an event. By simply tapping a few buttons on their screen, volunteers can easily track and submit their hours. Additionally, the app includes a "Log Other Hours" feature, allowing users to track hours that are not associated with a specific location.

Our app leverages the phone's location services to determine whether a volunteer has arrived at an event. Upon arrival, volunteers receive a notification prompting them to confirm their presence as a volunteer. With just a few taps on their device, their hours are seamlessly tracked.

If a volunteer is not near an event or has forgotten their phone at home, they can still log previous volunteer hours using the "Log Other Hours" feature. Additionally, nonprofit administrators have the option to enable Kiosk mode, allowing volunteers to independently check-in and out via the app. Alternatively, administrators can use the in-app admin tools to easily check-in or out any volunteer with a few simple taps.
